If you've seen Jonny live, you may have heard him perform the song "Back In The Old Country". The song was written by Derbyshire band The Newcranes back in the early nineties.

25 years since disbanding, the group have decided to bring back their Ukrainian influenced folk-rock and have reformed.

After several unsuccessful attempts to contact the former frontman, the band has asked Jonny to join them.

Their first gig will be at The Venue, Derby on March 1st 2019 and will be supported by comedian Jonny Awsum
